Our Mobility Accessible Room has been thoughtfully designed to support guests with
mobility needs, offering a comfortable, modern space with step-free access and
practical accessibility features.

Located on Level 2 and accessible via lift, the room provides step-free access from the
main building entrance, as well as an alternative step-free route from the car park.
Doorways are wide and the layout allows for clear wheelchair turning space within the
room.

The room features two king single beds, which can be converted to one king bed if requested in advance.

The bathroom includes a roll-in shower with grab rails and a fixed shower seat, designed
to support safer and more comfortable showering. The shower area itself is step-free
and wheelchair friendly. Please note that the bathroom basin includes cabinetry
underneath and the toilet does not have a backrest, which may not suit guests requiring
full independent wheelchair accessibility.

The kitchenette has been designed with accessibility in mind and includes a lowered
bench, an accessible-height microwave, a full-size fridge, and wheelchair clearance
under the sink.

Additional features include adjustable-height air conditioning controls, manual
curtains, and a spacious room layout of approximately 26 square metres.

While the room incorporates many mobility-friendly features and was designed with
accessibility considerations, some elements may not meet all Australian accessibility
standard requirements. For this reason, we recommend this room for guests with
mobility needs or those travelling with a companion, rather than guests requiring full
independent accessible accommodation.
